There’s no better way to look for your next home in San Antonio and you don’t have to pay anything.
Rental publications and internet services rarely exceed 50% of the available market and use outdated
information. Statler Apartment Locators works with over 98% of the active market. With over 650
different communities to select from and almost 100 in any given area of town, using any other method
of searching puts you in the hands of advertisers in making this important decision. Our agents know
each community intimately. We’re aware of a lot more than what you see from a picture or even the
office. Statler agents tour our properties regularly and we know the good and bad points of each
community. How can you beat a service that saves you time, money, stress, drives you to the best
communities for you to tour, and charges you nothing?

Absolutely. You pay the same rent and will probably save even more money using our service than if
you eventually found a good community looking on your own. We are paid a referral fee by the community
you select. You will never receive a bill from us and are almost certain to spend more money and time
not using our service.

Your Statler agent can find you an apartment, townhome, etc., in 30 to 90 minutes. We have over 100
communities that can move you in the same day providing they have something ready for move-in. A great
many communities can run and approve your application in only minutes. If you’re in a rush, please call
us in San Antonio at (210) 699-1700 or toll free at (866) 699-1700.

This is not a problem for us and all the more reason to use our service. People who fall into this
category can experience an extremely difficult time in their search because the selection of communities
is significantly reduced. Actually, this situation makes our job at Statler Apartment Locators easier.
We are aware of each community’s qualification criteria. Many communities require no previous rental
history and many also are very flexible on weak or even bad credit. Just explain your situation to one
of our agents and we will still find you your best value.

First, Statler Apartment Locators can find or negotiate a very low move-in cost for you. How does a $199,
$99, or even a $49 total move-in sound? That amount will cover all your initial moving costs and rent for
the first calendar month and save you hundreds of dollars. Regular move-in expenses usually involve a $35
application fee and a deposit on the apartment home you select (1 bedrooms = $150, 2 bedrooms = $200, and
3 bedrooms = $250 average deposits). Approximate starting rental rates for an apartment are as follows: 1
bedrooms = $450, 2 bedrooms = $600, 3 bedrooms = $800, and 4 bedrooms = $950. Older communities with fewer
amenities can be less. Newer communites, lofts and townhomes, and additional amenities like garages can
significantly increase the montly rental amount. There is a growing trend of fees such as 'Administrative
Fees' and 'Pet Rent'. If this is unacceptable just let your Statler agent know. These fees are often
negotiable with our properties.

The rental community market is a thriving, growing industry for the very reason that it meets the ever-changing
needs of today’s more mobile, dynamic, time-intensive society. Just about everyone needs an apartment or other
rental type home in their lives and often more than once. However, buying a home can be a better long-term
investment if the buyer is prepared for the additional costs involved in the purchase and closing transaction.
In order to not lose money on the sale of a home, we recommend buyers plan on owning their home for at least
three years. Discuss this option with your Statler agent. If you decide buying is the way to go, we will have
a trained, licensed real estate professional prequalify you for your purchase and help make the American dream
come true for you.

Too easy. Signing a lease for a period less than the standard six-month lease term will involve additional
expenses, usually $50 to $200 depending on the community you select. However, finding those communities that
will do a short-term lease and not charge too much can be quite a task. Your Statler agent can find you a
great value in a short-term lease in the same time it would take to find you an apartment home for a standard
lease term.

At Statler Apartment Locators we don’t mind earning our commission (Paid by the property). Your Statler agent
will prefer to escort you. That way you don’t get lost, we’re available to answer any questions you may have
while touring a community, and we provide a better level of service that both our customers and the communities
we visit appreciate and find beneficial. We also love to get out of the office...
